How to add file attachments to automated email actions in TrustPager Mail and Gmail automation wizards.
Both email action types in TrustPager automations Send Email via TrustPager Mail and Send Email via Gmail support file attachments. You pick files from your workspace library directly inside the automation wizard, and they are delivered with every send, including test sends.
Open any automation at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/automations and open a Send Email action (either TrustPager Mail or Gmail). Scroll past the message body you will find an Email Attachments (optional) section with an Add / Manage button marked with a paperclip icon.
The picker is browse-only you cannot upload from inside the wizard. If the file you need is not in the list, go to https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files, upload it there, then return to the automation. The file will appear in the picker immediately.
If your files exceed the limit for the sender type, reduce the number of attachments or replace large files with smaller versions at https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files.
Open the action wizard and click Add / Manage again. Untick the files you want to remove, confirm, and save the automation.
