Google User Data (Limited Use)

When you connect Google services such as Google Calendar or Gmail, we request only the access needed to provide the features you turn on:

  • Google Calendar: to create, update, and remove calendar events for bookings you make in TrustPager, and to read your existing events and free/busy status so we can show your availability.
  • Gmail (if connected): to send email on your behalf and, where you enable it, sync messages into your CRM.

TrustPager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you have connected; we do not use it for advertising; we do not sell it; we do not transfer it except to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your consent for specific items, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised. You can disconnect Google services at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access going forward.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:
