After a discovery call, you have the answers to your questions — but they’re in your head or your notes, not in your CRM fields. “Fill with AI” fixes that. Click the button and the AI reads your notes, call transcripts, and emails to populate the fields automatically.
On any opportunity detail page, you’ll see a Fill with AI badge on the Opportunity card and the Discovery Questions card. Click it and the AI scans all data on the opportunity — notes, call transcripts, emails, SMS messages — and fills in the fields with the best answers it can find.
The AI can populate standard fields like lead source, timezone, opportunity type, and tags based on context from your conversations.
Discovery questions are custom questions you configure in your pipeline settings — things like “What tools are they currently using?”, “What’s their team size?”, or “What prompted them to explore us?” Fill with AI reads your conversation data and answers each question based on what the client actually said.
Every AI-filled answer is editable. Review the populated fields, correct anything that doesn’t look right, and save. The AI gives you a strong starting point, but you have final say over what’s recorded.
Tip: Run Fill with AI after every significant call or email exchange. The more data it has to work with, the more accurate the results. It’s especially powerful when combined with call transcripts — the AI can pull exact quotes and details from the conversation.
