How to pair your WhatsApp account with TrustPager using the QR scan flow, enable workspace sharing, and understand what stays private on your phone.
Connecting your WhatsApp to TrustPager turns it into a linked device — the same way WhatsApp Web works. Your phone stays the primary device and the source of truth. TrustPager gets read and send access to your messages from the moment you pair, but nothing that existed before that point is transferred. Earlier conversations stay on your phone.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect. You will see three integration cards: Gmail, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp. Click Connect WhatsApp on the WhatsApp card.
A QR code will appear on screen. To scan it:
Pairing usually completes within a few seconds. The card on https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect will update to show your WhatsApp number and a green connected status once it is done.
Only messages sent or received after you connect will appear in TrustPager. Earlier conversations stay on your phone and are not imported. Going forward, every new message — incoming and outgoing — will appear in the TrustPager WhatsApp inbox at https://app.trustpager.com/inbox/whatsapp.
After pairing, you will see a toggle labelled Share with workspace. This controls whether your colleagues can see your WhatsApp conversations inside TrustPager. A security confirmation dialog will appear before the toggle is saved — read it and confirm if you are happy to proceed.
You can turn workspace sharing on or off at any time from https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect. Turning it off immediately removes your conversations from the shared inbox — your personal pairing stays intact.
TrustPager acts as a linked device, not a replacement for your phone. All of the following remain on your device and are not accessible to TrustPager:
To remove the pairing, go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect and click Disconnect on the WhatsApp card. You can also remove the linked device directly from your phone under Linked Devices in WhatsApp settings — both methods achieve the same result.
