For envelopes stuck in "Sent" or "Delivered" with no signature, click Send reminder on the row detail. DocuSign will email the pending recipients prompting them to sign. There's an automatic reminder schedule too — configure it in the document template settings.
To cancel an envelope, click Void on the row detail and provide a reason. DocuSign will mark it as voided and notify any pending recipients. The TrustPager record will be updated automatically.

DocuSign event logs are retained for 90 days. Completed signed documents are stored indefinitely against the related opportunity or contact record.
