TrustPager AI credits are the unit of account for every AI-powered action on the platform — from writing a quick email reply to running a full pipeline generation. Credits are separate from your subscription plan and are shared across your whole workspace.
Most AI features fall into one of two pricing models:
Features that read or write text charge based on the amount of text processed. Longer inputs and longer outputs cost more credits than short ones. These features scale naturally — a quick fix costs almost nothing; a detailed analysis costs proportionally more.
Some features charge a fixed number of credits per action regardless of text length. These are predictable and easy to budget for:

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing and select a credit bundle. Top-ups are charged to the card on file and credited to your workspace immediately.
An AI feature is greyed out or shows an error. Check your credit balance at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing. Most AI features require a minimum balance to run.
I don't know what used my credits. The credit log at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing lists every transaction with the feature name, timestamp, and credit amount.
