How to create and publish long-form customer success stories in TrustPager client details, problem/solution/outcome narrative, key metrics, and publishing to your public reputation page.
Case studies are long-form customer success stories that live on your public reputation page. Each one walks a buyer through the real problem your client faced, what you built to solve it, and the measurable outcome on the other side. Done well, they are the most persuasive asset on your reputation page.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/growth/reputation/case-studies to see your case studies list. If you have not set up a company profile yet, you will be prompted to do that first.
Click New case study. Give it a working title (something like "Cut Acme's onboarding time by 60%"), enter the client name, and optionally the client company. Hit Create & edit you land directly on the editor.
The top section of the editor has four fields.
Scroll to The Story section. There are three numbered fields.
All three fields auto-save as you type.
Under Key Metrics, click Add metric to add label/value pairs that get displayed as callout stats for example, "Response time: 2 hrs" or "Revenue uplift: 28%". These appear prominently on the case study card and draw the eye on your reputation page. Add as many as are meaningful; three to five is a good range.
In the sidebar, the Tags & Settings card lets you:
New case studies start as Draft. When you are ready to go live, click Publish in the Status card on the right side of the editor. The case study appears immediately on your public reputation page. You can take it back to Draft or Archive it at any time from the same card.
To see all your case studies and their current status, return to https://app.trustpager.com/growth/reputation/case-studies.
Use create_reputation_case_study to create a case study with all fields in one call, then publish_reputation_case_study to make it live. The key_metrics field takes an array of { label, value } objects.
