How to Collect and Publish Customer Reviews

Request reviews from contacts, capture a star rating and testimonial, approve the content, and publish it to your public reputation page.

Reviews let you collect verified B2B testimonials from your clients, approve them before they go live, and publish them to your public reputation page. Each review captures the reviewer's name, role, company, rating, and written testimonial the details that actually convert sceptical buyers.

Before you start

You need a company profile set up before any reviews can be attached to it. If you haven't done that yet, go to https://app.trustpager.com/growth/reputation and create your profile first.

Create a review

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/growth/reputation/reviews and click New review. A draft review opens straight away fill in the reviewer's details and the testimonial content.

The key fields are:

  • Name the reviewer's full name (required)
  • Role and Company gives the review context for B2B buyers
  • Rating 1 to 5 stars (required)
  • Testimonial the actual written review (required)

Optional fields like LinkedIn URL, company size, industry, and engagement value add credibility signals that show on the public reputation page. You can also upload a company logo see https://trustpager.com/help-center/add-company-logos-to-reviews for details on that.

Everything saves automatically as you type. There's no separate save button.

Record consent

Before you publish, toggle Consent given on and note how you received it in the Consent method field for example email, voice_call, or form. This keeps a clear audit trail that the testimonial was authorised by the reviewer.

Approve the review

Once you're happy with the content, click Approve in the Status card on the right-hand side. The review moves from Draft to Approved it's not public yet, but it's cleared for publishing.

If the content isn't right, click Reject instead. Rejected reviews stay in your list but won't be published.

Publish to your reputation page

With the review in Approved status, click Publish. The review goes live on your public reputation page at https://www.trustpager.com/reputation/{your-slug} immediately.

To highlight a review at the top of your reputation page, turn on the Featured toggle before publishing.

Add your response

You can add a public vendor response to any review using the Your response card on the review detail page. It appears beneath the testimonial on your reputation page. This is optional but recommended responding to reviews signals that you're engaged with your clients' feedback.

Manage your reviews list

The reviews list at https://app.trustpager.com/growth/reputation/reviews lets you filter by status All, Draft, Approved, Published, Rejected, or Archived. Use the search bar to find a specific reviewer by name or testimonial text.

To remove a published review from your reputation page without deleting it, open it and click Archive in the Status card.

For MCP and API users

Reviews can be created and managed programmatically using the create_reputation_review tool. Pass the reviewer's details and testimonial on create, then transition the status as separate steps using update_reputation_review:

update_reputation_review(id: "...", status: "approved")
update_reputation_review(id: "...", status: "published")
