How to Review AI Agent Performance Reports

See every scheduled AI agent run at a glance — pass/fail status, output summaries, duration, and the full report — at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/agent-reports.

Agent Reports is a running log of everything your scheduled AI agents have done. Every time an agent completes a run — whether that's a daily CRM audit, an opportunity pipeline review, or a custom scheduled task — the result lands here, grouped by day, ready to open.

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/auto/agent-reports.

The Reports view

The default view is a chronological list of agent runs. Each row shows:

  • Status icon — a green tick for completed, a red cross for failed, a pulsing blue dot for still running
  • Agent name — the display name of the scheduled agent that ran
  • Output summary — a one-line preview of what the agent produced (completed runs only)
  • Error message — a short description of what went wrong (failed runs only)
  • Time and duration — when the run started and how long it took
  • Open link — appears on completed runs that produced a report

Use the date filter at the top to narrow by Today, Yesterday, This Week, or All (up to the last 30 days). A summary at the top right shows how many runs passed and how many failed for the selected period.

Opening a report

Click any completed run to open its full report. The report opens in Notepads at https://app.trustpager.com/tools/notepads, where the AI has written up its findings in structured sections. You can read it, add your own notes, or share it with your team.

If a run has no report output — for example a task that ran but didn't produce a document — you'll see a notification instead of a report opening.

Investigating a failure

Click a failed run row to see the error message. Common causes include the agent reaching a timeout, an external service being unavailable, or a configuration issue in the agent's instructions. If failures are recurring, check the agent's template (see below) or review its settings in https://app.trustpager.com/auto/agent-hub.

The Templates view

Switch to Templates using the toggle at the top right. This shows every scheduled agent that has a report template — a structured document the agent uses as its output format on each run.

Click any agent to open the template editor. The template uses {{PLACEHOLDER}} tags to mark where the agent fills in real data. Headings, sections, and instructions you write here shape what every future report looks like. Save the template and the next scheduled run will use the updated format.

Tip: If a report is missing sections you care about, edit the template rather than editing individual reports. One change to the template flows through to every future run automatically.

MCP tools for agents

If you're building automations or custom agents, the list_agent_report_runs and list_agent_runs MCP tools give programmatic access to the same data shown here — filtered by agent, date range, and status.

Tip: Review Agent Reports at the start of each day as part of your operations rhythm. A quick scan of the pass/fail summary tells you in seconds whether your agents ran cleanly overnight — and flags anything that needs follow-up before it affects clients.
