Data

Reading Integration Logs

See every call your integrations made to external services — Stripe, Xero, Slack, Google, and more — to verify and debug data flow.

Integration logs capture every API call your TrustPager workspace made to a connected third-party service — Stripe, Xero, Slack, Google Calendar, and any other integration. It's how you verify that data actually moved, and it's the first place to look if a sync is misbehaving.

Where to find it

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/data/integration-logs. Each row shows:

  • The integration (e.g. Xero, Stripe, Google Calendar)
  • The action attempted (e.g. "Create invoice", "List events", "Push contact")
  • The status — succeeded, failed, retrying
  • The TrustPager record that triggered the call (if any)
  • The external record ID returned (if successful)
  • Timestamp and duration

Inspecting a call

Click any row to see:

  • The exact request body sent to the provider (with secrets redacted)
  • The full response from the provider, including error messages
  • The HTTP status code
  • The TrustPager automation, agent, or user that initiated the call

For failed calls, the response body almost always tells you exactly what went wrong — Xero's invoice errors, Stripe's payment errors, and Google's API errors are all surfaced here verbatim.

Common failure patterns

  • 401 / 403 — your integration's OAuth token has expired or been revoked. Reconnect at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/integrations.
  • 404 — the external record doesn't exist. Often happens after someone deletes a record in the provider but TrustPager still has the ID cached.
  • 422 / 400 — the data doesn't match the provider's requirements. Read the response body for the exact field that's wrong.
  • 429 — you're hitting the provider's rate limit. TrustPager retries automatically with backoff.
  • 5xx — the provider had an outage. TrustPager queues the call for retry.

Filtering

Filter by integration, status, action type, or date range. To find every call related to a specific opportunity or contact, open that record and look at its activity feed — integration calls are linked there directly.

Retries

Failed calls due to transient errors (5xx, 429, network timeouts) are retried automatically. The log shows each retry attempt as a separate row so you can see the full history. Calls that fail with permanent errors (4xx other than 429) are not retried and need your attention.

Retention

Integration logs are retained for 90 days. Critical metadata is preserved longer for the related TrustPager record's audit trail.
