How to Manage Your Personal Profile

Update your name, photo, contact details, and personal information that other team members see across your workspace.

Your personal profile is what your team sees when you appear in opportunities, comments, notes, and call logs. It's separate from your company profile — that's the workspace itself. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/account/profile to manage it.

What you can edit

  • Profile photo — your avatar, shown next to your name in activity feeds, comments, calendar events, and the user picker.
  • Full name — first and last name as it appears across the app.
  • Email address — your sign-in email. Changing this updates how you log in.
  • Phone number — your personal contact number, used for two-factor codes and team contact lookup.
  • Bio — a short description shown on your profile card.

All fields auto-save as you type or upload — there is no save button to click.

Where your profile shows up

Your name and photo appear in:

  • Opportunity assignees and contributors
  • Activity feeds across CRM records
  • Comments and notes you create
  • Calendar events you organise
  • The team directory at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/team
  • Sent emails (when you have a Gmail inbox connected) and SMS messages

Profile vs company settings

Your profile is personal — only you can change it, and the changes follow you across every workspace you belong to. The company profile at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company is the workspace's identity (name, logo, brand colours) and only admins can change it.

Connected apps

To connect your personal Gmail, Google Calendar, or other apps, head to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect.

Security

To change your password or set up two-factor authentication, go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/security.

Preferences

Display preferences (theme, timezone, notification style) live at https://app.trustpager.com/account/preferences.
