Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Build your product catalog — services, packages, recurring fees — and use it across opportunities, order forms, invoices, and quotes.
The Products page is your master catalog of everything you sell — products, services, packages, recurring fees. Once a product is in the catalog, it's available to add to opportunities, line items, invoices, order forms, and quotes. Build it once, use it everywhere.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/products. The page shows every product with its name, SKU, default price, and tags. Filter by tag, search by name, or sort by anything column-wise.
Click New Product. The required fields are minimal:
Optional fields fill out the catalog:
You can record cost data alongside each product to compute margins. Click into a product to add cost lines — supplier name, supplier cost, and quantity. The margin is calculated automatically against the default unit price. This data flows into reporting at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/reporting.
Open any opportunity at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities, find the Products section, and click Add Product. Search the catalog and pick the product. The default unit price is filled in but you can adjust quantity, unit price, and discount per line item.
Opportunity total updates automatically as you add or modify products.
Public order forms let customers pick from your catalog and pay. Build an order form at https://app.trustpager.com/data/order-forms and select the products you want to offer. See https://trustpager.com/help-center/order-form-logs for how submissions flow.
Edit any field on the product detail page — changes affect the catalog only. Existing opportunities, invoices, and quotes that reference the product preserve their original values, so changing a price doesn't retroactively rewrite history.
Deleting a product removes it from the catalog and from new use, but historical references are preserved. Deleted products appear as (archived) on past opportunities.
Use the API or the bulk-create operation to import a catalog from a spreadsheet — see https://trustpager.com/help-center/api-access. The MCP tool bulk_create_products is also available to AI agents.
Tip: Keep the catalog clean — fewer, well-described products with consistent tags makes the picker faster and reporting more meaningful. If you have lots of customisation per deal, set up a few base products and use line-level overrides on opportunities rather than creating every variant in the catalog.
