TrustPager plans, the 14-day Pro trial, credits, and phone number recurring charges including pro-rating and what happens when a charge fails.

TrustPager has two plans: Free and Pro. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required — so you can explore the full feature set before committing.

Free vs Pro

The Free plan gives you access to core CRM features: contacts, customers, opportunities, pipelines, tasks, and notes. It's a good starting point for a small team or a sole trader who just needs the basics.

Pro unlocks the full platform: email and SMS communications, automations, scheduling, documents, forms, AI tools, voice agents, reporting, and higher usage limits across the board. If you're running client workflows through TrustPager, you'll want Pro.

The 14-day trial

Your trial begins the moment your workspace is created. All Pro features are available for 14 days at no cost. When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically — nothing is deleted, and you won't be charged unless you actively upgrade.

You'll receive a reminder email a few days before your trial expires.

Upgrading to Pro

Head to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing and select the Pro plan. Billing is monthly and charged to the card on file. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Managing your subscription

Everything billing-related lives at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing: your current plan, usage, payment method, and invoices. Only workspace admins can make changes here.

Credits

Some features — such as SMS messages, AI tools, and voice minutes — consume credits. Your credit balance is shown at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing. Credits are separate from your subscription and can be topped up at any time. Your workspace will receive an email notification when the balance drops below 1,000 credits.

Phone number charges

Each TrustPager phone number carries a monthly credit charge that renews on the first of every calendar month. When you first purchase a number, TrustPager charges a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the current month so that all future charges land on the 1st cleanly.

For example: buying a number on April 27 deducts a pro-rated amount at purchase, then the full monthly charge runs on May 1, June 1, and so on.

Phone number charges appear in the Recurring Charges section of https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing alongside the next scheduled charge date.

If a charge fails

When a recurring charge fails — for example, because your credit balance is too low — the charge row shows a red "Last charge failed — will retry on the next cron run" notice. TrustPager retries automatically the next day; no action is needed unless you want to top up your credits sooner. You can add credits at any time from https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing.

Troubleshooting

I can't see a Pro feature after upgrading. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or sign out and back in. Upgrades take effect immediately but the browser may cache your previous plan state.

I was charged unexpectedly. Check your invoice history at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing. If something looks wrong, reach out to support from the same page.

My phone number charge failed. Top up your credit balance at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing. The charge retries automatically the following day.
