Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Send one-off SMS messages to contacts, use templates, schedule sends, and manage opt-outs — all from within the CRM.
Send a one-off SMS to any contact from their record, an opportunity, or the SMS inbox — with full conversation history tracked in TrustPager.
Open any contact or opportunity and click the SMS button, or go to https://app.trustpager.com/inbox/sms to find an existing conversation.
Type your message and hit Send. Replies come back to the same thread and are visible in the contact's activity feed.
You need an active TrustPager phone number to send SMS. Buy one at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/phone-numbers.
Click the Templates button in the SMS composer to insert a saved CRM template. Templates support merge tokens like {{contact.first_name}} — filled in automatically at send time. Manage templates at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/templates.
Click the arrow next to Send and choose Schedule send. Pick your date and time, then confirm. The SMS lands in the Dispatcher queue at https://app.trustpager.com/inbox/dispatcher where you can review or cancel before it fires.
If you want to schedule SMS as part of an automation rather than manually, the Send SMS automation action has the same scheduler — see automation schedule block for details (the picker UI is identical across all three communications actions).
If a contact replies with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, TrustPager automatically sets their sms_unsubscribed flag and cancels any queued SMS or voice calls to that contact. You'll see the opt-out recorded in their activity feed. Admins can also manually mark a contact as opted out from the contact record.
For full details on how opt-outs work across the platform, see https://trustpager.com/help-center/sms-opt-out-handling.
All SMS threads are in the contact's activity timeline and the full conversation view at https://app.trustpager.com/inbox/sms. Inbound replies are shown inline with your outbound messages.
sms_unsubscribed flag is set on the contact record. If so, you'll need to get their explicit re-consent before sending.Talk to Evie right now, or book a real human for a deeper walkthrough. Whichever feels right.
