Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Build multi-step sequences that trigger over time — drip campaigns, onboarding flows, follow-up cadences.
Event queues are multi-step sequences that play out over time. Enrol a contact and the queue executes a series of actions on a schedule — drip email campaigns, onboarding flows, follow-up cadences, renewal reminders. Set it up once, and it runs for every contact who enters.
Go to Event Queues and create a new queue. Give it a name that describes the workflow (e.g. "New Client Onboarding", "Post-Demo Follow-Up", "Renewal Sequence"). Then start adding steps.
Each step has two parts: an action (what happens) and a delay (how long to wait before executing). Steps run in order. For example:
Enrol contacts manually from their profile or automatically via automations. For example, when an opportunity moves to "Won", an automation can enrol the contact into your onboarding queue. They start at step 1 and progress through the entire sequence automatically.
See which contacts are enrolled in each queue, what step they're currently on, and whether any steps have failed. You can pause individual enrolments, skip steps, or remove a contact from the queue entirely.
Tip: Event queues are the right tool when you need timed sequences with multiple touchpoints. For one-off actions triggered by events, use automations instead. The two work together — automations enrol contacts into queues, and queues execute the multi-step follow-through.
