Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Push TrustPager opportunities, tasks, and work orders to your Google Calendar so your schedule stays in one place.
Once your Google Calendar is connected to TrustPager, you can push CRM activity directly into your calendar opportunities, tasks, and work orders each have their own sync toggle so you control exactly what appears.
If you have not connected Google Calendar yet, start at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect.
Each item has its own toggle. Turning it on sends the event to Google Calendar immediately; turning it off removes it.
Open any opportunity at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities and scroll to the Google Calendar card in the right-hand sidebar. Toggle Sync to Google Calendar on. TrustPager creates a calendar event using the opportunity name and close date.
If the opportunity does not have a close date set, the toggle will prompt you to add one before syncing.
Open any task from the task list or from within an opportunity. In the task detail panel, find the Google Calendar toggle and switch it on. The event is created using the task title and due date.
Tasks without a due date cannot be synced set a due date first.
Work orders support the same toggle, available in three places:
TrustPager owns the synced event. If you update the name, date, or description of the opportunity, task, or work order in TrustPager, the Google Calendar event updates automatically. To remove the event from Google Calendar, toggle the sync off on the same record.
Do not edit synced events directly in Google Calendar TrustPager will overwrite your changes on the next sync.
Toggle is greyed out. Your Google Calendar connection may have expired. Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect and reconnect your account, then try the toggle again.
Event is not appearing in Google Calendar. Check that the record has a valid date set. Opportunities need a close date, tasks need a due date, and work orders need a scheduled date. Without a date, the sync cannot create a calendar event.
Event was deleted from Google Calendar but the toggle is still on. Toggle the sync off and back on in TrustPager to recreate the event.
