Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Use the Referrals tool to see your top referrers, browse every referral, filter by category, manage individual referral records, and track commission payments.
The Referrals tool gives you a complete picture of whos sending you business how many people each referrer has introduced, how many converted, and what categories theyre referring into. Every referral is tracked from first introduction through to conversion, in one place.
Open the tool at https://app.trustpager.com/growth/referrals.
The default view is the Referrers tab a card grid ranked by referral volume. Each card shows the referrers name, total referrals, how many converted, and their overall conversion rate. Four KPI tiles across the top summarise your whole workspace at a glance: active referrers, total referrals, total converted, and conversion rate.
Each referrer card also shows their commission totals at a glance: the amount paid to date and the amount currently pending. This gives you a quick read of your commission liability across your whole referrer network without opening individual records.
Click any referrer card to open their detail page at https://app.trustpager.com/growth/referrals/referrers/{contactId}. The detail page shows the referrers contact info, a breakdown of referrals by category, and a full table of every person theyve introduced including the linked opportunity and current status for each.
Above the view tabs, a filter bar lets you narrow whats shown. Search and category filtering apply to both views; status and sort apply to the All referrals list.
Sort options on the All referrals list: Newest first, Oldest first, Category, Status.
Switch to the All referrals tab to see every referral across your workspace in a flat list. Use the status filter to narrow by Pending, Accepted, Converted, or Declined. Each row shows the referrer, the person referred, the linked opportunity, category, status, and date. Click any row to open the referral detail page.
The referral detail page shows the full record for a single referral: who referred whom, what opportunity it spawned, the current status on a visual timeline (Pending ? Accepted ? Converted), and any internal notes. You can move the status forward by clicking a timeline step, mark a referral as declined, or click Mark converted to close the loop which also sends a thank-you email to the referrer automatically.
Each referral has a Commission panel on its detail page at https://app.trustpager.com/growth/referrals/{referralId}. Use it to record what you owe (or have already paid) a referrer for this specific referral.
Commission is tracked as one or more instalments useful when you pay in stages (for example, 50% on settlement and 50% after the clients first renewal). Click Add instalment in the Commission panel to create one. Each instalment has:
All fields edit inline and save automatically as you type there is no separate save button.
The top of the Commission panel shows a running summary for this referral:
The referrers card on the Referrers leaderboard rolls up commission across all their referrals. Paid and pending totals appear on the card so you can see your full commission position for each referrer at a glance, without opening individual records.
Category is a workspace-defined label for each referral for example, a radiology practice might use MRI, CT, or Ultrasound; a sales team might use Google Ads or Facebook. Categories appear on every referral row and are used to break down a referrers history on their detail page.
To configure the category options available in your workspace, go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/crm and find the Referral categories picklist. Add, rename, or remove options there any changes take effect immediately for new referrals.
To ask an existing contact to refer someone, click Send referral request in the top-right corner of the Referrals page. TrustPager emails the contact a personalised request with a unique link to a short referral form. When the contact submits the form, the referral is created automatically and appears in your list.
Tip: You can also trigger referral requests automatically via an automation useful for sending them at the right moment in a deal, like when an opportunity moves to Won.
