See every document envelope you've sent for signing, who's signed and who hasn't, and resend reminders or void envelopes as needed.
Once you've sent a document for signing, the Signatures view tracks every envelope through to completion — who's received it, who's opened it, who's signed, and who's still outstanding. Use it to chase pending signers, void envelopes, and confirm completion.
From the Documents page at https://app.trustpager.com/tools/documents, switch to the Sent tab. Each row is one envelope you've sent, showing:

For envelopes stuck waiting on a recipient, click Send reminder on the envelope detail. DocuSign emails the pending recipients prompting them to sign. There's also an automatic reminder schedule configurable per template — set it once and reminders fire automatically.
To cancel an envelope (typo, wrong recipient, deal fell through), click Void on the envelope detail and provide a reason. DocuSign marks it voided and notifies any pending recipients. The TrustPager record updates automatically.
Voiding doesn't restore the original document for editing. To send a corrected version, void the original then create a new envelope from https://app.trustpager.com/tools/documents with the right details.
