How to enable inventory tracking on a product, record stock levels, and understand what the Stock and Inventory card shows on the product detail page.
TrustPager lets you track stock levels against any product in your catalog. Once inventory tracking is on for a product, you can record quantities, monitor stock, and get a clear view of what's available as opportunities are progressed.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/products and open any product. Scroll down to the Stock & Inventory card on the product detail page.
The Stock & Inventory card shows an empty state by default. Click the Enable inventory tracking button inside the card to turn it on for that product. Once enabled, the card expands to show stock fields and lets you start recording quantities.
With inventory tracking enabled, you can enter:
Update these figures as stock moves. TrustPager does not automatically decrement stock when a product is added to an opportunity — stock management is manual, so you control when and how you adjust the numbers.
The product list at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/products shows inventory-tracked products alongside the rest of your catalog. Open any product to see its current stock figures in the Stock & Inventory card.
When you add an inventory-tracked product to an opportunity at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities, the product line item shows the current stock figures alongside the quantity you're committing. This gives you a quick reference without leaving the opportunity.
