Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Manage your public media library — branded images for websites, social, marketing — with optimised variants ready for any device.
The Images library is your public media bucket — every image meant for public delivery (websites, marketing emails, social, brand assets) lives here. Each upload gets optimised into mobile, tablet, and desktop variants automatically, ready to drop into any page or template. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/tools/images.
This is a Pro plan feature. Files attached to forms, opportunities, and documents still work on Free — see https://trustpager.com/help-center/forever-free-tools for the full breakdown.
Drag images into the upload zone at the top of https://app.trustpager.com/tools/images or click to browse. Multiple files at once is fine. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, SVG.
By default, web optimisation is on — TrustPager produces three lossy WebP variants:
The original is preserved untouched. Variants typically reduce a 2 MB hero image to 150 KB across all three sizes — meaningful for page load speed.
Use the folder sidebar to organise images by client, campaign, or topic. Drag images between folders to reorganise. The search bar filters by file name in real time.
Toggle between grid and list view in the sidebar. Sort by date added, name, or file size.
Click any image to open the preview. The Optimised Versions panel shows each variant with its dimensions, file size, and a direct CDN URL. Copy any URL straight into a website page, email template, or document — no token needed, the URLs are public and CDN-cached.
To swap an image while keeping the same URL (and not breaking pages that reference it), use the Replace action on the image detail. The variants regenerate automatically and the URLs stay stable.
The Images library is for public assets. If you need restricted-access files (signed PDFs, internal documents), use Secure File folders — accessible from https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files with controlled sharing.
Images that came in another way — generated via AI, uploaded from an opportunity, pulled in by an integration — can be optimised after the fact. Agents and automations can call the optimize_image MCP tool with the file ID. The variants are persisted alongside the original.
Server-side optimisation supports source images up to 3 MB on disk and 5 megapixels (~2200 × 2200 px). Bigger originals get a clear SOURCE_TOO_LARGE response with the actual dimensions and a suggested fix. For ultra-large images, downscale to 2048 px on the longest edge first.
Storage is shared across All Files, Images, Documents, and Secure Files. Check usage on the Files page at https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files or in your billing summary at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/billing.
