Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Why your workspace primary owner appears as the sender on platform-generated emails, how that is set, and what to do if the name looks wrong.
Every TrustPager workspace has a primary owner the admin who was first invited when the workspace was set up. Their name appears as the sender on emails the platform generates on your behalf, like form invitations sent to contacts.
This only applies to emails the platform generates on your behalf not emails you send manually from inside the platform (for example, clicking Send Email on an opportunity), which always go out from your own account.
When a contact receives a platform-generated email, the From name they see belongs to your workspaces primary owner. If your team has changed since setup or if the original admin has moved on the name shown to contacts may no longer reflect the right person.
The primary owner is the first admin invited when a workspace is created. That assignment is permanent: it does not shift automatically if the original admin leaves, changes role, or is removed. Ownership only changes if you request it through support.
Theres no in-platform view that shows who the primary owner is were working on surfacing this more clearly. If the name appearing on platform-sent emails doesnt look right for your workspace, reach out to support and well update it for you.
In most cases the default is already correct for workspaces set up recently, the primary owner is whoever did the initial setup, which is usually the right person.
