How to Set Up Your Company Profile and Branding

Configure your company name, logo, brand colours, workspace colour, address, ABN, timezone, and other details that flow through to emails, forms, documents, signing pages, and the CRM itself.

Your company profile is the single source of truth for your workspace: your name, logo, brand colours, and contact details all flow from here into emails, forms, documents, and client-facing pages. Getting it right upfront saves time every time you send something.

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company to get started. You need the company:write permission (or Admin) to make changes.

Branding

The Branding section controls the logo and colours TrustPager uses on outbound content, plus the colour of the CRM itself.

Company logo

Upload a PNG or JPG logo from https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company. The logo appears on automated emails, forms, documents, and e-signing pages sent to your clients, and next to your workspace name in the workspace switcher at the top left of the app. Use a version with a transparent background if you have one; it renders cleanly on both light and dark surfaces.

Brand colours

Set a Primary Colour and a Secondary Colour. These are used as defaults for button and accent colours across emails, forms, and documents. Individual templates can override these later, but starting with your brand colours here means most things will look right immediately.

Enter hex codes directly (e.g. #3b82f6) or use the colour picker. A live preview shows you how the colours will render as a button and accent swatch.

Workspace colour

If you or your team work across more than one workspace, give each one its own Workspace Colour so you can tell at a glance which CRM you are in. Pick a colour under Workspace Colour on https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company, or click the pipette to choose your own. It saves straight away.

Once set, the whole app takes on that colour for everyone in the workspace: buttons, the active tab at the top, the sidebar and links. Each workspace in the switcher list shows a small dot in its colour, and if you belong to more than one workspace your browser tab starts with the workspace name, which helps when you have several tabs open.

  • Default goes back to the standard TrustPager look.
  • Use brand colour copies your Primary Colour across, if you want the CRM to match your brand.

The workspace colour only changes the CRM your team sees. It never changes your emails, forms, documents, or anything your clients see; those keep using your brand colours. Very dark or very light colours are adjusted slightly so text stays readable in both light and dark mode.

Company details

Fill in your core business information. All fields auto-save as you type; there is no save button to click.

  • Company Name: your trading or legal name. This appears on all outbound communications.
  • Primary Contact: the main point of contact for the workspace.
  • Email Address: your company's main email. Used as the reply-to default on outbound emails where no dedicated inbox is configured.
  • Phone Number: your main business number.
  • Website: your public website URL.
  • ABN: your Australian Business Number (11 digits). Appears on invoices and documents where required.
  • Industry: helps AI-powered features tailor suggestions to your sector.
  • Description: a short paragraph about your business. AI features use this as context when generating content, so the more accurate it is, the better the output.

Address and locale

Enter your full business address and set your locale preferences.

  • Address: street, city, state, postcode, and country.
  • Timezone: defaults to Australia/Sydney. This controls how scheduled automations, booking slots, and timestamps are displayed across your workspace. Set it to match where your team operates.
Tip: Use the Fill with AI button next to Company Details to auto-populate fields from your website, useful when setting up a new client workspace quickly.

Where these settings are used

Once saved, your company profile flows into:

  • Automated emails: logo and brand colours appear in headers and footers
  • Forms: logo shown at the top of public forms
  • Documents and proposals: company name and address in headers, ABN in footers
  • E-signing pages: logo and primary colour applied to the signing interface
  • AI content generation: description and industry used as context
  • The CRM itself: workspace colour and logo in the switcher (only you and your team see this)
