Meet Evie: Your AI Assistant in TrustPager

Evie is the AI assistant built into TrustPager. You talk to her in plain English, in a normal chat conversation, and she works across your whole workspace from that one message. Check on a job, update your pipeline, or get a follow-up drafted, all without leaving Chat.

Where to find her

Every TrustPager user gets a private, one-to-one conversation with Evie, sitting in the Direct Messages section of Chat at https://app.trustpager.com/chat. It is set up automatically: you never have to add her or start the conversation yourself. Just open the conversation and start typing.

What she can do for you

• Check on a job. Ask "Is the Brennan job done yet?" and Evie checks the live opportunity for you and reports back in plain English, for example "Final inspection Friday, 3 of 4 work orders done." She shows her working too, with an inline card confirming exactly which opportunity she checked.
• Update your pipeline. Ask her to queue a follow-up and it lands straight in your Sales pipeline, ready to action.
• Draft and queue emails. Ask her to follow up with a client and she drafts the email and queues it for your approval. Nothing sends until you say so.
• Approve or deny with one click. Every action Evie proposes that changes something or sends something shows up with clear Approve and Deny controls, so you stay in control of what actually happens.

Nothing sends without you

Evie can draft, queue, and prepare, but she never sends on your behalf. Any email she drafts shows up as pending with the recipient clearly shown, and stays that way until you approve it. Deny it instead and it goes nowhere. This is true everywhere Evie proposes an action, not just email: you always get the final say.

What she works within

Evie works within your own permissions. She can only see and do what you are able to see and do yourself, so talking to her never gives you access to anything you would not already have.

Bringing her into a team room
