Your workspace-wide view of every invoice: accounting-synced, Stripe, and manual. Covers creating an invoice from the list, the manage modal (now including manually tracked invoices), syncing from your accounting integration, relinking invoices to opportunities and contacts, search, and status filters including Recurring.
The Operations Invoices list at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/invoices shows every invoice across your workspace in one place: invoices synced from your accounting integration, Stripe invoices, and any manually tracked invoices. You can search, filter by status, manage invoices without leaving the list, sync the latest changes from your accounting integration, relink any invoice to a different opportunity or contact, and create a new invoice directly from here.
The Create Invoice button in the page header lets you start a new invoice without opening an opportunity first. Because this page is workspace-wide rather than tied to one opportunity, it walks you through a short setup step first:
Clicking an invoice row opens the full invoice manage modal for both invoices synced from a connected accounting integration and invoices you're tracking manually (native invoices) — you're no longer limited to accounting-synced invoices. From the modal you can:
This is the same modal available from the Invoices section on an opportunity, and it is reachable directly from the workspace-wide list too.
Stripe invoices are the one exception: clicking a Stripe invoice row still takes you to the Invoices section on the relevant opportunity, company, or contact record instead of opening the modal here.
The Refresh button at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/invoices pulls the latest state from your connected accounting integration. Any invoice that has been marked paid, voided, newly created, or otherwise changed in your accounting system since the last sync will be reflected in the list after a refresh. Previously the button only re-read local data; it now fetches live changes from the source.
If your workspace does not have an accounting integration connected, set one up at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/integrations.
Every invoice row has a chip on the right showing the linked opportunity and contact. Clicking that chip opens the Invoice Opportunity and Contact modal, which shows:
From this modal you can also:
The chip and this modal work on every invoice in the list (accounting-synced, Stripe, and manual), regardless of whether an accounting integration is connected.
Use the search field to find invoices by invoice number or contact name.
The status filter lets you narrow the list to Open, Recurring, Paid, Void, Draft, or All. Open is the default view. Your chosen filter is remembered between visits, so the list opens where you left it.
Selecting Recurring shows your recurring invoice schedules as their own rows, each with a violet Recurring badge, its cadence (for example, "Monthly recurring"), its tax-inclusive amount per cycle, its next invoice date, and the linked opportunity. Click a recurring row to open it and manage the schedule — edit the amount, change the schedule, pause it, or stop it.
