Assign one of your Gmail addresses to a workspace so it can send as that address, then have an admin pick it as the team's outgoing email address.
Each team member can decide which workspace each of their Gmail addresses belongs to. Once an address is assigned to a workspace, that workspace can send as it, and an admin can pick it as the workspace's outgoing sender, so emails, automations and form responses go out under a real address like quotes@yourbusiness.com instead of the generic TrustPager Mail default.
There are two steps: the address owner assigns the address to a workspace, then the workspace admin activates it on the email settings page.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect and find the Which workspace each address belongs to section. It has one row per Gmail address: your connected mailbox plus each of its "Send mail as" aliases. Each row has a single dropdown with Not assigned and every workspace you belong to.
Pick the workspace for each address. That workspace can then send as the address, and mail sent to it is filed in that workspace. Only you can change your own assignments. Admins cannot assign a team member's address, by design.
One workspace at a time: each address belongs to at most one workspace. If you move an address from one workspace to another, TrustPager asks you to confirm and names both workspaces, so you can check you are moving it the right way.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/email and find the Team Gmail card. Choose the team member whose address you want to use from the Gmail Account dropdown, then pick the specific Sending Address and save. The Team Gmail sender must be a member of the workspace, and only addresses assigned to this workspace can be used.
From this point, company emails, automations and form responses sent from this workspace go out under that address.
If the owner moves the address to another workspace, sets it to Not assigned, disconnects their Gmail or leaves the workspace, the workspace sender falls back to TrustPager Mail. No emails are lost, they just go out under the default sender. To restore it, the owner re-assigns the address at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect, then the admin re-selects it at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/email.
If an automation tries to send from an address that is not assigned to its workspace, it stops with a message telling you to assign the address at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect. Assign it there and run the automation again.
