Manage the external people who help deliver your work — contractors, subcontractors, VAs and other partners — as a first-class group, with reusable types, portal access, work assignment and commissions.
Stakeholders are the external people who help you deliver, as opposed to the clients you deliver to: contractors, subcontractors, VAs, installers, inspectors, and other partners. TrustPager gives them their own first-class home so you can group them, give them a scoped portal, assign them work, and track what they're owed, all without giving them access to your CRM.
Open the tool at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/stakeholders. You'll see every stakeholder, how much work is assigned to each, and how much they've completed.
A stakeholder type is a reusable group, for example "Subcontractors", "Installers" or "Inspectors". You manage types at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/crm?section=stakeholders. Each type carries three capabilities you switch on as needed:
Anyone already in your CRM can be added to a stakeholder type. Once they're in a type that has a capability switched on, that capability becomes available for them: a portal-eligible type unlocks the contractor portal, an assignable type lets you put them on work orders and tasks.
Stakeholders connect to the work through opportunities, using the External Stakeholders tool on an opportunity. This keeps every stakeholder on the same opportunity-based path the rest of the platform uses, so nothing about them is a dead end.
