Submit a service request directly from inside the platform. Your request goes straight to the team with full context.
Need a custom automation built, a new pipeline configured, a report set up, or a bug investigated? Submit a service request directly from inside TrustPager. Your request goes straight to the team with full context, so there's no back-and-forth explaining what you need.
From any page in TrustPager, or directly at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/service-requests, you can access the Service Request option. Describe what you need: a new feature, a configuration change, or a problem you've encountered. Be specific about the outcome you're looking for.
The more detail you provide, the faster the request can be handled:
Your request goes to your agency first. They'll answer it, or pass it on to TrustPager if it needs us. Either way, replies appear as notes on the request at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/service-requests. You can add your own notes there too. Adding a note to a request that has been marked completed puts it back in progress, so it gets looked at again.
Each service request is logged with full context: who submitted it, which workspace, and any linked records. The team reviews incoming requests and responds with a plan, usually within one business day. You'll be notified when work begins and when it's complete.
Tip: Service requests are the fastest path to getting custom work done on your platform. Don't try to work around a limitation: submit a request and let the team build it properly.
