The Workflows board is where your whole day runs itself. Every opportunity you are working sits on the board, laid out stage by stage, so you always know exactly where each one stands. Open it at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/workflows.
A pipeline selector sits at the top of the board. If you run more than one pipeline, for example a Sales pipeline and a Service pipeline, you can flick between them in one click. Each one keeps its own stages and its own automations, so nothing gets mixed up.
Every stage on the board is fully customised to match how you run your jobs, not a generic template. Name your stages, order them, and set them up to reflect the real steps an opportunity goes through with your business.
