The Workflows board is where your whole day runs itself. Every opportunity you are working sits on the board, laid out stage by stage, so you always know exactly where each one stands. Open it at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/workflows.

Switch between every pipeline you run

A pipeline selector sits at the top of the board. If you run more than one pipeline, for example a Sales pipeline and a Service pipeline, you can flick between them in one click. Each one keeps its own stages and its own automations, so nothing gets mixed up.

Stages built around how you actually work

Every stage on the board is fully customised to match how you run your jobs, not a generic template. Name your stages, order them, and set them up to reflect the real steps an opportunity goes through with your business.

New leads get worked instantly

The moment a new lead lands, whether it comes from your website, social, or anywhere else, TrustPager gets to work within seconds. The lead automatically gets an email, a text, and a call from your AI voice agent, and you get notified straight away so you can be the first to respond.

Drag a card, choose your automations

Drag an opportunity card into the next stage and a window pops up asking which automations you want to run, for example sending an info pack and a follow-up text. Choose what you need, click Run Automation, and it is done.

Your Sales and Service pipelines are connected, so a won opportunity flows straight across to your service crew. They can be notified of the job details automatically the moment it lands, so nothing gets lost in the handover.
