Short walkthroughs that turn the platform into your operations team: automated pipelines, instant follow-ups, AI-handled admin. One video, one less thing to do manually.
Keep every opportunity moving with the Next Action card. Set a reminder or generate a Google Meet link directly from the opportunity sidebar.
The Next Action card sits on the opportunity sidebar and gives you one clear place to record what happens next with that opportunity — a scheduled follow-up, a meeting, or just a note to yourself. It keeps your pipeline honest by making sure no opportunity sits idle without a next step.
Open any opportunity in your pipeline. On the right-hand sidebar you'll see the Next Action card. Click Add Action and choose from the dropdown:
When you add a Reminder, pick the date, time, and a short description of what you need to do. The reminder appears on your dashboard and in your activity feed when it's due. You can mark it complete or reschedule it from the opportunity sidebar.
Clicking Add Action and choosing Google Meet generates a fresh Meet link attached to that opportunity. You'll see the link in the Next Action card — copy it and share it directly with your contact. The meeting is logged against the opportunity automatically.
If you want your contact to self-book a time slot from your availability, use your booking page link instead. See https://trustpager.com/help-center/online-booking-scheduling.
Once you've done the thing, mark the action complete from the opportunity sidebar. Completed actions are logged to the opportunity's activity history so you have a full record of what happened and when.
Tip: Make it a habit to always have a next action set before you close an opportunity view. An opportunity with no next action is one that quietly falls through the cracks.
