Share a Gmail Sending Address with Your Workspace

Give your workspace a personalised Gmail sender � share one of your Google send-as addresses with a workspace, then have an admin pick it as the team's outgoing email address.

TrustPager lets each team member share one of their Gmail send-as addresses with a workspace. Once shared, an admin can select it as the workspace's outgoing sender � so emails, automations, and form responses go out under a real address like quotes@yourbusiness.com or support@yourbusiness.com instead of the generic TrustPager Mail default.

There are two steps: the address owner shares the address from their personal account settings, then the workspace admin activates it on the email settings page.

Step 1 � Share your address with a workspace

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect and find the Personal Email per Workspace section. Each workspace you belong to has its own row with a dropdown of your connected Gmail send-as addresses.

Select the address you want that workspace to be able to use, then save. Only you can share or unshare your own addresses � admins cannot do this on your behalf, by design.

One workspace at a time: each send-as address can be shared with only one workspace at once. Selecting it for a new workspace automatically removes it from any previous one.

Step 2 � Activate it as the workspace's Team Gmail sender (admin)

Go to https://app.trustpager.com/settings/email and find the Team Gmail card. Choose the team member whose address you want to use from the Gmail Account dropdown � only members who have shared an address with this workspace appear here. Then pick the specific Sending Address from that member's shared options and save.

From this point, company emails, automations, and form responses sent from this workspace will go out under that address.

If the address becomes unavailable

If the address owner later unshares the address or disconnects their Gmail, the workspace sender quietly falls back to TrustPager Mail. No emails are lost � they just go out under the default sender until the address is restored. To restore it, the owner re-shares the address at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect, then the admin re-selects it at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/email.
